Cyber-bullying has become a serious concern over the last few years due to the increased amount of time that people are spending online. Especially due to the circumstances we are currently facing due to COVID-19, many aspects of our daily lives have shifted online, making it even more crucial that each of us work together to ensure online platforms are a safe space for everyone. Our senior school counsellors, Ms. Tracey Lee ([email protected]) and Mr. Dave Chevreau ([email protected]), are key points of contact for any students who are involved in or who witness a cyber-bullying incident. Please ensure that any cyber-bullying is immediately discussed with a trusted adult.
There are several resources below that outline what to do if you witness cyber-bullying taking place. Please browse through these and remind yourself and others to keep our online spaces safe and friendly, as well as the actions that should be taken if an incident occurs.
